241. RECKLESS by Bryan Adams

It's hard to believe that this landmark record by Canadian rocker Bryan Adams was released way back in 1984. Every time I hear 'Heaven' I get brought back to junior high and think about that crush I wanted to slow dance with ('Heaven' actually came out a year earlier as part of a movie soundtrack before its inclusion on Reckless).

No less than 6 singles were released from this guitar-oriented album though I think Adams could have gotten away with at least a couple more tracks, the songs are that good. You can probably tell that it's going to be hard for me to limit my recommendations to just 3 or 4 or 5 songs, but here goes: of course start out with 'Heaven' and then move on to 'One Night Love Affair,' 'Summer of '69' and end with the big hit 'Run To You.'
